He'll make his triumphant return in the Star Wars: Clone Wars Cartoon's Spring 2012 Season.
EW has more
details and a clip with a very brief glimpse of animated Maul at the end.
In the meantime here's some cool fan art to enjoy while you ponder the possible details of his survival.

The Return of Maul is no surprise for many reasons. He was the real "Star" of Episode One (both as a character and in merchandising), his death was highly disappointing, and he was already been revived in
an alternate tale in the Visionaries Comic. And lets not forget the February 2012 theatrical re-release
of The Phantom Menace in 3D. Expect Maul Mania to ensue.
