Great compilation video from Davidjr.com shows some of the early prep and set dressing
done to the NYC locations before shooting. It also features a scene of Steve Rogers in more
quite moment at a cafe outside Grand Central...seated near a familiar face.
But this is The Avengers... so explosions were soon to follow!
