Fantastic GG Batgirl Animated Series Promo...But it's Only A Dream

OK - Here's the deal. This "promo" is part of a Batmite related fantasy sequence airing within 

the regular animated Batman: Brave and the Bold TV Series. 

So, not a real promo... but still looks awesome. Could be a test? Via themarysue.
