Special poster rendered with a 1940's Retro flair by Paolo Rivera is an homage to a classic Captain America Comic cover. Created only for the film's cast and crew -- but a few will be prizes at
the LA Times Hero Complex Film Festival where a new trailer will debut.

Which is shame, as it seems to really evoke the style, spirit, and period of the movie as it's showcased in the trailers. While the official promo art is instead the standard overly photoshop enhanced, grainy,
shot as though looking through a dirt splattered lens sort of affair ...

...it's not that is bad, (and it too is clearly influenced by a more contemporary Cap Cover) it just
that it looks like a lot of other posters and says nothing about the period setting -- making me feel like
it's almost intentionally miss leading. The X-Men posters suffered from the same problem.
And although I doubt Cap actually punches Hitler in the movie...I don't think
he's going to be playing Call of Duty either.
