Foot Locker of Australia/New Zealand has what it calls the Worlds Richest Colouring Competition. Artists can choose a template from several major sneaker brands to custom color and upload for a prize. There is a Kids competition as well, and artists are also encouraged to submit videos about themselves and their designs - so there's a lot of cool stuff to see at the site.
