Jane Eyre Meets The Hunger Games - Smythe Fall Jacket Ads

Style videos for the Smythe Fall 2012 Jacket Collection are fierce and enigmatic with a Neo-Victorian edge.
A really cool campaign, with a highly cinematic feel that hints at a larger story.

22" Amazonia Wonder Woman - Limited Edition of 100

Tonner Doll debuted 2 sizes of their stunning Amazonia Wonder Woman figure at the 2012 Tonner Con this weekend.  These wonderfully detailed Victorian styled versions of DC's Warrior Princess are based on the classic Elseworlds Comic Amazonia. While these are limited exclusives available only at the Convention, remaining quantities are usually offered at TonnerDirect.com if you keep your eyes open the week following the Con - and act fast. Belated Look @ Fantastic NYC Holiday Windows - Bergdorf, Macy's, Saks & Barney's

While Macy's Animated Steampunk Wonderland Windows are fabulous have been featured prominently on the web my personal favorites are the Bergdorf Goodman windows. They do also show a nod to the Steampunk or Neo-Victorian aesthetic. Featuring Glamorous Women and Suited Beasts posing for vintage portraits as well as some windows overstuffed with fascinating specimens & curiosities.

The full curio windows also remind of Graeme Base's illustrations in Animalia.

Here's a nice look at the fanciful Macy's windows. See some more great detail photos here.

Saks Fifth Avenue also snuck some Steam-inspired gears into their windows.

And Lady Gaga's Workshop @ Barney's featured some very cool Deco Futuristic displays.

Most images via Refinery 29 which features a review of even more NYC windows here.
