Star Wars Style - Casual Cool Leia, Retro SW Comic Pumps, R2 Tutu, and Formal Vader

This week Ace Cosplay Artist Scruffy Rebel shared the casual fangirl outfit she wore to see EP I-3D.
She had the Corellian Blood Stripe leggings cutom made - but they really need to be a real thing.
Previously Scruffy Rebel's Tron Dress and SDCC spotlight.

And Club Jade shared these DIY Star Wars Marvel Comic covered pumps by BanaeQuee.
She describes her process here. I might try this on flats if I can bring myself to cut up comics.

And lastly R2-Tutu and Formal Vader. They've been making appearances around the web for
sometime - but both are two more great examples of unique Star Wars style.

Hey! It's a Fashion Post - Tron Prom Dress by Jin Yo

This Illuminated Prom Dress takes it's inspiration from both Designer Betsey Johnson' party dresses and the Movie Tron. The concept is not only fun and original, but (at risk of sounding like a Project Runway Judge) looks totally wearable. The dress designer is Jin Yo and the model is Scruffy Rebel. Both are Cosplay Artists who create costumes and portray an array of Star Wars, Comic Book and Anime characters. Scruffy Rebel has a website (ScruffyRebel.com) showcasing many more traditional Cosplay costumes.

UPDATE 2/11/2013
Thanks for all the new visits to this post! I've updated the links above with Scruffy Rebel's Facebook Page and her new website. Scruffy is super talented and she now also co-runs a great Geek Chic Blog called Set To Stunning which you should really check out. And she's opened an e-shop offering her cosplay photos as well as her handmade geeky jewelry and crafts.

Also you can find a gorgeous gallery of Tron Dress photos taken @SDCC 2001l by LJinto here.
