Ahh...back to basics - Rebels vs. Imps!
This reminds me so much of the kind of characters my circle of friends and I used play in the Tabletop RPG and well as elements of my beloved Star Wars Galaxies MMO - that I'm totally willing to overlook the occasional flatness in the animation style. Plus, it's still early - maybe they'll punch it up before the actual series debut - or it will improve over time like the Clone Wars did. Also it's kinda thrilling to hear those classic music cues and sound effects.
